Use of Our Services

Course Enrollment and Payment

Course Registration

By registering for any of our courses, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your registration if fraudulent, inaccurate or incomplete information is provided.

Payment Terms

All fees are quoted in Philippine Peso and are subject to applicable taxes. Payment for course enrollment must be made in advance. We accept various payment methods as indicated on our website.

Upon successful payment and enrollment, you will receive access to the course materials according to the published course schedule. Some materials may be released progressively throughout the duration of the course.

Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for our online courses, starting from the date of enrollment. If you are not satisfied with the course within this period, you may request a refund by contacting our customer support team.

To be eligible for a refund, you must not have completed more than 25% of the course content. No refunds will be provided after the 7-day period or if more than 25% of the course has been accessed.

For in-person courses or workshops, cancellations made at least 14 days prior to the start date will receive a full refund minus a processing fee. Cancellations made less than 14 days in advance are not eligible for refunds but may be transferred to a future course offering.

Intellectual Property

All content provided as part of our courses, including but not limited to videos, presentations, documents, graphics, logos, and other materials, is the property of DigitalEdge or our content providers and is protected by Philippine and international copyright and intellectual property laws.

Upon enrollment in a course, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the course materials for your personal, non-commercial, educational purposes only. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, or create derivative works based on our course materials
• Distribute, transmit, or publicly display the course materials
• Sell, rent, or sub-license the course materials
• Use the course materials for any commercial purpose
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notices from the materials

User-Generated Content

Our courses may allow you to create, upload, post, or share content as part of your participation ("User Content"). By providing User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your User Content for the purposes of providing and improving our services.

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to share the User Content
• Your User Content does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, contract rights, or any other rights of any person or entity
• Your User Content does not contain any material that is defamatory, obscene, indecent, abusive, offensive, harassing, or otherwise objectionable

We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or that we determine is otherwise inappropriate in our sole discretion.

Course Completion and Certification

Upon successful completion of a course, as determined by our completion criteria which may include attending live sessions, completing assignments, passing assessments, and/or other requirements specified for each course, you may receive a certificate of completion.

Certificates are issued electronically and may include your name, the course title, and the date of completion. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of your certificate information.

While our courses are designed to provide valuable skills and knowledge, DigitalEdge does not guarantee specific employment outcomes, job placement, or income increases as a result of completing our courses.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall DigitalEdge, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service;
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service;
• Any content obtained from the Service; and
• Unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content,

whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

Our liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be limited to the amount paid by you to DigitalEdge during the three-month period preceding such claim.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless DigitalEdge and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of:

• Your use and access of the Service, by you or any person using your account and password;
• A breach of these Terms; or
• Your User Content posted on the Service.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
